Every employee we hire boasts years of professional experience in the tasks required, which has been gained either in Belgium or other EU countries. Our staff is trained for the following : Remove bones, trim, skin, separate, sort or cut standard or premium cuts of meat to specifications in preparation for further processing or packaging.
Abattoir workers manage animals before and during the slaughtering process. They remove hides and internal organs and split the carcasses using saws. They trim, bone and slice carcasses so they are ready for sale or further processing
Meat packers are general workers that are typically employed by grocery stores, butcheries, ranches, and/or warehouses. The responsibilities of meat packers include grinding, wrapping, inspecting, and loading meat products. The Meat Packer position is generally considered an entry-level job and therefore does not require additional qualifications.
